Two days of decent wind (3-7 m/s) and 8 starts with one being long distance.
We got 23 registered competitors in Formula Foil, Raceboard and Windsurfer LT classes.
All 8 races were very tight and everybody had to fight for top results.
Kale (Kalevi Männistö) showed his Monster performance and took home a new trophy sponsored by Ruokkeen Lomakylä for overall victory. Juha Blinnika ended on 2nd place just a point behind and 3rd place in Raceboard class took Tuomas Toivonen.
Tero Toivonen won Open division and took 3rd place in overall results.
Anna (Anna Arosilta-Gurvits) and Babca (Barbora Kubin) performed great racing among themself in women category and were challenging top men in Raceboard class too. The final result was only decided by the last start and Babca ended on 1st and Anna on 2nd place in Raceboard women category.
Veterans managed to keep up with the whole fleet in all 8 starts. Veikko Alander (competing already for the 41st time here) ended on the 1st place followed by Jorma Kotro and Risto Toivonen.
Most experienced veteran, Seija Lahti joined Windsurfer LT class as well.
Small and compact Formula Foil fleet didn’t give up in foiling light wind conditions. Esa Harjula (who won one start overall) ended on the 1st place followed by Feodor Gurvits and Mete Ciragan.
