Purjenumero on jokaisen purjelautalijan henkilökohtainen tunniste. Sitä käytetään erityisesti kilpailijoiden tunnistamiseen kisalähdöissä.

Purjenumeron saa varattua itselleen, kun on ensin maksanut SPLL:n jäsenmaksun. Voit tarkistaa varatut purjenumerot tältä sivulta ja ilmoittaa jäsenmaksun suorittamisesta ja haluamastasi purjenumerosta sähköpostitse osoitteeseen info@spll.fi. Varmistamme vielä liitossa haluamasi purjenumeron olevan vapaana, ja sen jälkeen vahvistamme sinulle purjenumerosi.

Kansainvälinen kattojärjestömme World Sailing on määritellyt tarkat ohjeet purjenumeroiden kiinnittämiselle purjeeseen. On tärkeää, että purjenumero näkyy purjeesta hyvin, jotta kilpailusuorituksesi rekisteröidään oikein ja oikealle henkilölle.

IDENTIFICATION:

National letter and sail numbers shall comply with RRS Appendix G.1.2 for craft less than 3.5m in length.

Specifications of National letters and sail numbers shall be:
  1. in capital letters and Arabic numerals,
  2. of the same colour,
  3. of a contrasting colour to the body of the sail, and
  4. of a sans-serif typeface.

In addition, the letters and numbers identifying the board shall be clearly legible when the sail is set.
Minimum height of characters is 230 mm.
Minimum space between characters and from edge of sail is 45 mm

Positioning

The class insignia shall be displayed once on each side of the sail in the area above a line projected at right angles from a point on the luff of the sail one-third of the distance from the head to the wishbone. The national letters and sail numbers shall be in the central third of that part of the sail above the wishbone, clearly separated from any advertising. They shall be black and applied back to back on an opaque white background. The background shall extend a minimum of 30 mm beyond the characters. There shall be a ‘–’ between the national letters and the sail number, and the spacing between characters shall be adequate for legibility.
